Our business footprint covers the entirety of New Zealand, catering to a wide spectrum of projects, from residential developments to large-scale commercial undertakings. Notable projects in our portfolio include Ryman Retirement Villages, Summerset Retirement Villages, Risland townhouse constructions, and the construction of residential dormitories for the University of Auckland.
Over the past decade, we’ve successfully completed 2,218 construction projects. Who we are
Our History
- 2011: Company establishment in Auckland, specializing in the import and wholesale distribution of bricks and pavers.
- 2012: Establishment of a renovation team, providing interior ceiling, interior wall cladding, plastering, and painting services for Housing New Zealand. Additionally, offering carpet, flooring, and wallpaper installation services.
- 2013: Establish a bricklaying team to provide bricklaying and blocklaying services
- 2014: Established the Aubricks brand; acquired overseas exterior brick production factories, making Aubricks one of the largest brick suppliers in New Zealand.
- 2014: Launch of one-stop brick sales and bricklaying services.
- 2014: Building relationships with clients such as Fletcher.
- 2014: Establishment of partnerships with retailers including Placemakers, Mitre 10, Bunnings, Carters, leading to the nationwide distribution of Aubricks products.
- 2015: Expanding clientele to include companies like Hawkins and Summerset.
- 2016: Expansion of the bricklaying team's services to include exterior plastering, tile installation, stonework, and paving.
- 2016: Introduction of sales for reinforcing steel, concrete, and other foundational materials.
- 2017: Established an on-site concrete team to provide one-stop material and foundation construction services, as well as road paving services.
- 2021: Collaborative research and development with renowned publicly-traded companies and research institutions to create a mobile block fully automated production line.
- 2023: Successful development and initial production of Aubricks' fully automated mobile concrete brick production line.
- 2023: Company reorganization, with Aubricks responsible for factory production, product sales, and various subcontracting services, and Onestopbuild overseeing general contracting services.
- Early 2024: Launch of mobile concrete bricks factory in various cities and construction sites.
