All employees have undergone rigorous professional training and possess qualifications from SiteSafe. The organization consists of several teams, such as the Human Resource and Administration team, AuG Commercial team, AuG Supervision team, AuG Material team, and AuG Construction. 

• AuG Commercial Team focuses on market development, sales, external quoting, contract management, business acquisition, and project settlement.

• AuG Operation Team is responsible for on-site construction quality checks, schedule and cost management, safety, and civil construction supervision. The team also monitors building material factory operations, procurement, logistics, cost supervision, contract execution, and complaint resolution.

• AuG Material Team is tasked with the production, procurement, storage, and logistics control of construction materials.

• AuG Construction Team manages subcontracting and general contracting for construction projects, emphasizing project safety, quality, and cost control. As a prominent subcontractor, AuG Construction extends its product range to offer comprehensive construction services, we have diverse teams in Auckland, Wellington, and Hamilton, covering various trades such as bricklaying, carpentry, foundation work and scaffolding.
